Time: 11am

Location: Humber Bay Shores (the lawn in front of 80 Marine Parade Drive). South Etobicoke.

Cost: $80

Raindays to be scheduled as necessary.

Children welcome!

Functional fitness for women. Focusing on the 4 pillars of fitness: strength, endurance, stability and mobility.

Having been working in the postpartum fitness industry since 2010, I have a deep understanding of the female body and what it needs to be pain free, healthy and strong.

Join me for 4 weeks of outdoor strength and conditioning. Bring a mat and some water and come ready to work!
