Here is how we will structure your plan and get you off to a good start:

Consultation: On this call, we will go over your needs, goals and struggles, as well as the coaching container details to determine if it’s the right fit for you.

Intake Call: On this call we will discuss your specific needs and game plan

We will go over your intake form in detail so that I can create your personalized plan and deliver it within 3 days of that call.

Each subsequent call will be helping you stay accountable to the plan, and pivoting where necessary.

Between calls, you have full-time access via WhatsApp for text/voice notes, so you can have access to support at all times (within reason lol)

FAQ’s

What kind of results can I expect to see in this program?

This coaching intensive will assess where you are the most stuck and work from there. Whether you need more guidance in the fitness & health area, or more shadow work, we will put our focus where it’s needed. I will provide the plan, the accountability, and the guidance, but you still need to show up for yourself and do the work.  There is nothing we can’t achieve with your whole-hearted commitment to yourself. If you follow the plan, you will be able to lose 20lbs in 6 months or less, and keep it off!

I have some serious trauma to work through. Are you equipped to facilitate that?

If you feel that you have significant trauma that you have yet to work through, it would be best to start with a psychotherapist. The shadow work process is a tool that can be utilized to work through limiting beliefs that keep you from showing up fully as  your truest and best self. Working with a psychotherapist can be worked into your personalized plan.

Will we be doing personal training sessions?

All coaching packages come with access to a full workout database with all the tools you will need to support your fitness plan. We will also assess your current lifestyle and see where and how we can optimize your fitness.

Will I receive a specific nutrition protocol?

You will receive a supplement protocol as well as food recommendations based on your needs and goals. We also have lots of healthy recipes you will have access to, as well as real time coaching as you hit roadblocks.

What is shadow work?

Shadow work is the practice of going inward to unpack unhealed traumas and limiting beliefs that are sitting within your consciousness. These need to be understood  and released in order to thrive in the area(s) of life that those beliefs are affecting. This will be worked into your plan depending on your personal needs.
