Call #2: Initial Consultation & Program Design
We will go over the above modules to get a big picture of what we need to focus your plan on.
Each subsequent call will be helping you stay accountable to the plan, and pivoting where necessary.. These calls can be utilized for coaching in any or all areas that you’re currently struggling with (fitness, nutrition, inner work, life situations, etc.)
Between calls, you have full-time access via WhatsApp for text/voice notes, so you can have access to support at all times (within reason lol)

What kind of results can I expect to see in this program?
This coaching intensive will assess where you are the most stuck and work from there. Whether you need more guidance in the fitness & health area, or more shadow work, we will put our focus where it’s needed. I will provide the plan, the accountability, and the guidance, but you still need to show up for yourself and do the work. There is nothing we can’t achieve with your whole-hearted commitment to yourself.
I have some serious trauma to work through. Are you equipped to facilitate that?
If you feel that you have significant trauma that you have yet to work through, it would be best to start with a psychotherapist. The shadow work process is a tool that can be utilized to work through limiting beliefs that keep you from showing up fully as your truest and best self. Working with a psychotherapist can be worked into your personalized plan.
Will we be doing personal training sessions?
Your plan comes with weekly virtual meetings, which we could opt to use for live workouts any or all weeks. I will also be giving you pre-recorded workout access and discuss other ways for you to make room for more physical activity in your life.
Will I receive a specific nutrition protocol?
You will receive a supplement protocol as well as food recommendations based on your needs and goals. We also have lots of healthy recipes you will have access to.
What is shadow work?
Shadow work is the practice of going inward to unpack unhealed traumas and limiting beliefs that are sitting within your consciousness. These need to be understood and released in order to thrive in the area(s) of life that those beliefs are affecting.
