“Through Steph’s program I learnt that health is in the details and when I levelled up my routines the results were astounding. I lost close to 15 lbs in 14 weeks using Steph’s program. Other “diets” I have done have felt restrictive and difficult to follow. Steph’s is like a breath of fresh air as it is so simple & easy that’s it’s sustainable in the long-term.”

“Working with Steph on weight loss has been the easiest and most successful I have ever been.  No calorie counting, no weighing and measuring, just good clean food and healthy, tasteful eating!  Steph is so much more than a weight loss coach though. She is the full package.”

— Amanda

“Stephanie was knowledgeable about all of the factors that contribute to a healthy weight and vibrant lifestyle, and explains things clearly and thoughtfully.  Through focus on the “four pillars”, I was able to lose (and keep off) 18 pounds and feel energetic and satisfied.”

— Laura
