I’ll provide the plan, accountability, and expert guidance—but your results depend on your commitment to showing up for yourself.

Of course you can! Having children is not a prerequisite for this program! While most of my clients are mothers, I love working with women who have busy schedules and find it difficult to lose weight in the peri-, meno- and post-menopausal stages of life. So if that sounds like you, I’d love to have you!

If you’re dealing with significant trauma that you haven’t fully worked through, incorporating psychotherapy alongside Glowing Mama coaching is highly recommended. Therapy can provide the additional support you need, while this program focuses on helping you build sustainable habits for long-term health and well-being.

As part of the coaching, we’ll also use shadow work (a self-reflection practice that helps you recognize and overcome hidden thoughts or patterns that may be holding you back) to help identify and overcome limiting beliefs that might be holding you back from showing up fully as your best self.

While this program doesn’t include one-on-one personal training sessions, you’ll get full access to a complete workout database packed with everything you need to support your fitness goals.

We’ll also take a close look at your current lifestyle and create a personalized plan that fits seamlessly into your schedule—whether that means tweaking your existing routine or finding new ways to stay active that actually work for you.
